Vino Buono is a deli wine shop and a small restaurant specializing in Italian products only.
We offer a diverse selection of wines from across Italy, with a focus on wines on tap, organic, and vegan.
Our menu features delicious Roman pinsa, expertly crafted cheese and salami cutting boards, and traditional dishes like Lasagna Bolognese.
Vino Buono Food
At Vino Buono, as we do in Italy, you don't drink without eating something.
That's why we have added some dishes to the wine menu that we think go well with our wines.
Pinsa Romana is our most unique offering, it's not a Pizza, it's lighter and healthier.
We also have a good selection of cheeses and salami (obviously only Italian).
Finally, we could not miss the homemade Lasagna and our special Melanzana alla Parmigiana.
Our Tiramisu is made with our own products and is by all accounts really special.
Vino Buono wines
At Vino Buono, we have 10 wines on tap and about 50 other wines from different regions. We offer only Italian wines. Many are Organic and Vegan.
Most of the on tap wines come from Davide's winery - Paradiis - which is located in Friuli Venezia Giulia (northeast) 1 hour from Venice.
Besides wines we also have Spritzes, Cockails and zero alcohol drinks.

Wines on Tap
At Vino Buono we have 10 wines on tap. We were among the first in Manchester to offer wines on tap. Many come from our Paradiis cellar, while others come from friendly wineries we have been working with for years. Currently, the available wines are:

-Pinot Grigio
-Cabernet Franc
-Merlot
-Primitivo
-Montepulciano
-Rosé
-Friulano
All wines can be enjoyed on-site or taken away by filling your empty bottles brought from home.
Paradiis Wines
For years, Vino Buono has had the pleasure of being part of the Paradiis wine family. The winery is located in Friuli Venezia Giulia in the northeast of Italy, about an hour from Venice. The region is suitable for the cultivation of excellent wines. At the Paradiis winery, you can also stay; we have an apartment for 4 people and 2 other double rooms. All the wines produced by Vino Buono are imported to the UK. Additionally, a special label has been created for our special Pinot Orange. Vino Buono Offers
At Vino Buono we have various offers.
-Every Wednesday, Pinsa is half price.
- Every Thursday, Lasagna is on offer for £10; if you add a glass of Paradiis wine (175cl), it's £15.
- Every Friday and Saturday,

Wine Tasting

The wine tasting at Vino Buono is like a party among friends.
The venue is closed to the public and is only for people who have reserved a spot.
Normally, five wines are tasted: one sparkling, two whites, and two reds.
Along with the wines, the classic dishes from our menu are served, starting with Puglian olives and taralli, a mixed platter of Italian cheeses and salamis, our Roman Pinsa in all its versions, and finishing with our Sicilian Cannoli.
